We manage procurement and contracts (including FIDIC where required), track variations/claims, and keep the critical path visible. Daily coordination aligns consultants, contractors, and suppliers; site supervision protects quality and safety. Periodic reports, dashboards, S-curves, and cash-flow forecasts keep decisions timely and grounded. At handover, we finalize testing, documentation, As-Built records, and O&M for a smooth transition to operations.
