The project consists of six separate buildings, including a dedicated fast-food restaurant with a drive-thru and a high-end café featuring shaded outdoor seating. The remaining buildings are composed of repeated two-storey units, each with two digital signage screens and shaded outdoor areas. The site is enriched with water features, green spaces, trees, and walking paths, alongside ample parking that meets the full capacity of the development.
