Electrical scope covers MV/LV power, interior/exterior lighting, and ELV systems aligned with utility requirements and security needs. Mechanical scope spans HVAC (DX/VRF/Chilled Water), domestic water and drainage, fire protection/smoke control/pressurization, irrigation, medical gas, and special fluids. We manage authority approvals (utility/Civil Defense as applicable) and deliver documented testing and commissioning. BIM-based coordination reduces clashes, clarifies routes and sleeves, and improves maintainability. Everything is packaged for smooth procurement, installation, and handover.

• Electrical (Power/Lighting/ELV): Substations/transformers/RMU; main/sub boards; generators/UPS; earthing & lightning; lighting (incl. emergency/exit); small power; metering; fire alarm & voice evac; CCTV/VMS; access control/intercom/nurse-call; structured cabling/Wi-Fi; IPTV/SMATV; PA/BGM; parking systems; BMS/SCADA; solar PV; EV chargers; lighting controls/DALI.
• Mechanical (HVAC/Plumbing/Fire): DX/VRF/Chilled Water; AHU/FCU; kitchen & car-park ventilation; smoke control and stair/lift pressurization; water supply (tanks/pumps/heating); sanitary and rainwater drainage; grease/oil interceptors; grey-water treatment; sprinklers/standpipes/hose reels/hydrants/fire pumps; foam; FM-200/Novec; irrigation; pools/fountains/waterfalls; medical gas; LPG/fuel systems.
• Approvals & Testing: Utility and Civil Defense submissions; FAT/SAT; site testing and commissioning; documented handover.

Design/execution drawings for power, lighting, ELV, HVAC, plumbing, fire; load schedules and electrical calculations; hydraulic and cooling-load calculations; technical specs and BOQ; authority approvals; commissioning and handover reports; coordinated BIM outputs; As-Built dossier.
